The horizontal boxing ball , unlike standard reflex balls, is mounted horizontally, not vertically. The horizontal assembly plane makes the ball work in the front <-> back and up <-> bottom planes , and not front <-> back and sides as in standard balls, making it a perfect complement to traditional training allowing for increased versatility. An additional advantage of the ball, thanks to its long rubber bands, is the ability to use it for training rotational descents and hits after descents.
✅ The length of the expanders is 6 m, enabling installation in a ring/cage
✅ Possibility of training in a horizontal plane
✅ Ability to train rotational descents and dodge strikes
See the principle of working with horizontal balls on the example of the video below.
A different ball was used in the video, but the principle of operation remains the same
WORKING IN THE HORIZONTAL PLANE
The horizontal assembly plane makes the ball work in the front <-> back and up <-> bottom planes , which is a perfect variety and complement to standard training. The total span of the ball with expanders is approximately 630 cm , which allows it to be mounted between 2 distant points, allowing it to be used for training rotational descents and post-descent hits. Both sides of the flexible expanders are finished with a Velcro fastener that allows them to be attached to any object.
DURABLE BALL
The ball is filled with air, which allows you to adjust its hardness to your individual needs. The diameter of the ball is approx. 20 cm and it is made of reinforced material resistant to damage and dirt.
LONG AND DURABLE EXPANDERS
There are flexible expanders on both sides of the ball with a maximum extensibility of approximately 300 cm (total span is approximately 630 cm). The expanders are covered with a polyester coating to protect them against damage or breakage.
To improve safety, there are no buckles or steel handles directly next to the ball, so even if you miss the ball during training, you will not feel any discomfort.
