Attachment for a punching bag - which one to choose?
Type of fascia attachment to punching bag should be selected according to the weight of the bag and the substrate on which it will be fixed. The standard choices are mounts/ceiling slings however, if you have a suspended ceiling or a high room the only solution is wall mounts. In gymnasiums where we have access to gymnastic ladders the optimal solution may be ladder mount.
