1. Should you size the weight vest according to your height and weight?
All DBX BUSHIDO vests have adjustable in length and width so you can customize it to your needs.
2. Are vests filled with steel balls or cast iron weights better?
Vests filled with steel balls are more comfortable to use because their inserts are softer and better adapt to the figure of the trainer.
3. Is it possible to order a vest with a different weight than the standard offerings?
Yes we make vests of any weight from 1 to 42 kg.
4. How to achieve a weight of 1 kg, for example, for a 36 kg vest with 3 kg inserts? Why is the range 1- 36 kg given?
The weight of an empty weight vest is about 1 kg if the inserts are removed from it, the weight will be 1 kg which is why the weight ranges given start at 1 kg and end at the maximum load.
5. I purchased a vest with empty inserts - what is the best way to fill it with?
You can use any loose filler such as sand or gravel. If you want to achieve more weight, we recommend buying a steel load in the company of balls, which is in our offer. You can then mix different fillers to adapt the weight of the vest to your needs.
