The 20 kg weighted training vest is equipped with 6 inserts that you can use to adjust the weight of the vest.
Vests version 3.0 are our latest model of vests, which use a wide and easy-to-fasten Velcro that allows the vest to be precisely adjusted to the trainee's figure. The design of the tape, Velcro and the arrangement of the weights ensure that the vest adheres precisely to the body during complex gymnastic exercises.
The vest is equipped with additional matte gray reflective elements . These inserts are made of a special material which, during the day, looks like an ordinary material, matching the appearance of the vest, but after dark they perfectly reflect light, increasing your visibility and safety level during outdoor training.

Advice
You decide to what weight you will fill each insert and how many inserts you will use at the same time. This solution gives you complete freedom in adjusting the weight of the vest. You can very precisely determine the weight appropriate for a specific exercise, with loads ranging from 1 to 20 kg.
If you travel often, you can take the vest without any load and fill it with any filler (e.g. sand, gravel).
You will receive the vest with cast steel and not sand, as is the case with cheaper versions.
Cast steel provides approximately 3 times more weight for the same volume, which means that the vest will be much more compact and therefore much more comfortable during training.
Thanks to the smaller volume of the vest, you will be able to exercise more freely without feeling any discomfort or restriction of movement.
Below is a comparison of the volume of 1 kg of sand and 1 kg of cast steel.

The vest uses a very strong polyester material called Cordura . This material is extremely durable and resistant to damage. It is used to make, among others: clothes for motorcyclists, mountaineering backpacks and even bulletproof vests.
The inside of the vest is trimmed with soft foam and pleasant-to-touch material, thanks to which the vest does not cause abrasions to the body during training.
