Puzzle mat - what it is?
A puzzle training mat is a surface made of plastic that can be laid out on the floor of a sports club, gymnasium or your own home to place equipment designed for exercise or simply perform gymnastics or aerobic exercises on it. This solution can perfectly replace exercise gymnastic mattresses. The edges of the mat have tabs characteristic of a jigsaw puzzle, so the pieces of the mat can be combined together as desired to line different floors with different surfaces. The mats also come with borders that can be put on the tabs to avoid damaging them during use.
Tatami - a mat made of durable plastic
The puzzle foam mats available in the DBX Bushido store are made of synthetic EVA plastic. It is a very durable foam, which is characterized by a number of properties that guarantee a long life of the mat, as well as high training comfort. Features of the EVA foam tatami mat include:
- good cushioning properties - Thanks to them, you can successfully train combat sports such as MMA or wrestling on the mat, as well as many other floor exercises;
- durability - The mats do not crumble or deform even after a long period of use;

We offer puzzle mats with dimensions of 1m x 1m. It is large enough to easily fill the floor of a gym or room with just a few items. The foams are available in variants 2 cm or 4 cm thick, so you can customize your choice for placing a mat under the instruments or performing exercises on the floor. The mats are double-sided - each side differs in color. This is a useful function when designating an exercise area, such as a conventional ring. The joints are so well-fitted that the individual pieces of the mat do not pull apart, forming a unified whole during use.
