In the received messages, we will provide you with all information enabling you to track the parcel delivery process by the shipping company.

We send courier parcels via various courier companies depending on the dimensions and weight of the parcel
You will receive detailed information about the shipping company and the package number in an e-mail on the day the package is shipped.
Remember that in accordance with applicable law, employees of courier companies are not obliged to bring parcels over 30 kg to the apartment. It is possible to purchase an unloading option from a courier company - if you are interested in purchasing such an option from the carrier, please contact us.
Remember to check its completeness when receiving the package, and in case of any missing or damaged items, write down a missing/damaged report in the presence of the courier.
