What is a sandbag and what is it used for?
Sandbags are weighted sandbags that are designed for an all-around workout that strengthens the muscles of the entire body. Sandbag by its form and dimensions resembles a classic sports bag. Weight bags are designed both for professionals, who thus diversify and supplement their training, as well as for amateurs, for whom they are an excellent way to generally strengthen the entire body.
Workout sandbags - what benefits they bring?
Training with a sandbag requires stabilizing the weight while performing exercises, and therefore engages and helps strengthen the deep muscles. Training with weight bags helps build strength, endurance and fitness, plus supports fat reduction. It positively influences motor coordination, also stimulates the cardiovascular system to work properly. Exercises with the sandbag do not isolate a selected part of the muscles, but evenly strengthen all areas of the body and help shape the figure.

Additional sandbag inserts - determine the right weight
We also offer additional inserts for weight bags. These are tightly sealed bags that can hold up to 10-12 kg of sand. This allows you to increase the load at will, and the weight-adjustable sandbag can be freely adjusted to your current capabilities and training level. By filling several cartridges with sand of different weights, you will ensure that you can configure the load of the sandbag in different ways.
