Withdrawals from the contract

Information about the right of withdrawal from a distance contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. In accordance with our store's policy, the deadline has been extended up to 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can send the statement, for example:

• in electronic form via e-mail to: office@bushido-sport.pl;

A sample withdrawal form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally included as an appendix to the regulations of the online store.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. We encourage you to use the forms available at Exchanges, Returns, Complaints

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the items (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

If you have received the purchased item, please send it back or give it to us at the address: 47-120 Żędowice, ul Dworcowa 24 c , immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiration of the 14-day period.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

You are liable only for the diminution in value of the thing resulting from using it in a manner other than that which was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

The consumer provisions contained herein shall apply as of January 1, 2021. and for contracts entered into from that date also to a buyer who is a natural person entering into a contract directly related to his business activity, when it is clear from the content of that contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, arising in particular from the subject of his business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
