Exchange, Returns and Complaints
Returns and Exchanges – Step by Step
1. Pack the Product

Secure it well for transport.

The product must be new, unused and suitable for resale.
2. Include the Form
-
Fill in the return or exchange form (printed or handwritten).
3. Send the Package to:

ℹ️ We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or deliveries to parcel lockers/pick-up points.
4. Wait for Processing

Refund – bank transfer within max. 14 days after receiving the package.

Exchange – after receiving the goods, we will contact you about re-shipping and payment method (bank transfer or COD).
Complaints
1. Submit a Complaint:

via the customer panel (Your Account > Complaints > Add Complaint)

or by e-mail: reklamacje@bushido-sport.pl
2. Attach:
-
a short description of the problem
-
complaint form (scan/photo/PDF)
-
at least 2 photos showing the damage
3. Complaint Decision – you will receive it within max. 14 days (usually faster).
Important Information
-
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of opened products, such as mouthguards, groin protectors or underwear.

Products with visible signs of use may be excluded from return or their value reduced.
Return Guidelines
1. According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, products whose return and resale could affect the health of other buyers for hygiene reasons are excluded from return. Therefore, after delivery, opened goods such as mouthguards, groin protectors, underwear etc. are excluded from return.
2. According to Article 34(4) of the Act “the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods”. Therefore, we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded to the buyer or to refuse a return if the returned product shows signs of use.
