MMA training gloves

MMA gloves - with or without a thumbstick?

We offer MMA gloves with a thumb and models without a thumb. The choice between one or the other for sparring remains a matter for each fighter individually - MMA gloves with a thumb better protect the distal finger, while some fighters are somewhat restrained in their movements, so they prefer models without thumbs.

Whereas for training with instruments, we recommend MMA gloves with thumbscrews, that prevent skin abrasions.

How to size MMA gloves?
