The ARS-1171 reflex boxing ball is the ball with the smallest diameter of all the balls in our offer, which is why we recommend it especially to advanced people or those who care about achieving high precision during punches.

WARNING — INFLATE ONLY TO A LIGHT, SPRINGY FEEL.

The speed ball should not be pumped “rock hard.”The correct pressure is when the ball gently gives in by a few millimeters when pressed with a finger. Overinflation stretches the material and may cause the seams to tear. 

Regular training on a reflex ball will allow you to improve:
