✅ Stabilization and Weighting of the Punching Bag

All DBX BUSHIDO punching bags feature an additional attachment at the bottom for enhanced stabilization.

This attachment is crucial for minimizing excessive swinging during training sessions, providing stability especially during clinch training. While bag movement is generally beneficial for distance and motion training, stabilization is key in specific scenarios.

For optimal stability, attach the bag using the lower attachment and a flexible expander.

✅ Installing a Reflex Ball

For reflex ball installation, expanders are required both at the top and bottom. While ceiling mounts are typically straightforward, floor mounts can pose challenges. The DBX ANCHOR, weighing approximately 20 kg, serves as an excellent alternative to permanent floor fastenings, ensuring stability and ease of setup.

DBX ANCHOR ^TM is crafted from durable Rexion leather and reinforced with nylon straps capable of supporting up to 400 kg.

Its compact design ensures it does not interfere with training activities on a pear or bag.
