How do you get rid of the rut by exercising outside?

Summer is a great time to change up your workout - you can try yoga, hiking, mountain climbing, or many other activities for this purpose. During the summer, it is especially useful to meet new people, sign up for workshops and discover new methods for training. Training outdoors involves overcoming the shame of showing your body in public. It is much easier to start by doing the exercises in a place where there are no people, such as in an allotment or in your own backyard. By choosing to train outside the home, you better oxygenate your body and benefit from the beneficial effects of vitamin D. It is worth remembering that it affects the secretion of testosterone.

Yoga away from home

If you have been relaxing so far by performing various asanas, start doing the same outside. Exercising becomes much more enjoyable when you can admire the greenery of the trees and listen to singing birds while doing it. Yoga is not just the domain of women. It is also worth practicing alongside normal exercises, as it improves joint flexibility, increases range of motion and reduces tension in the limbs. With it, you also improve the musculature of your torso and improve your posture.

SUP (paddleboarding)

It's a sport that combines kayaking and surfing without costing a lot of money. It is worth taking an interest in it when you are planning a holiday at the seaside. or lake Swimming like this requires a lot of upper body strength. You don't need an ocean to practice paddeboarding - you can paddle it anywhere you would go with a kayak. The board can be both rented and purchased from a specialized store.

Cross-country running

Running on a treadmill is a great cardio exercise, but it can't compare to the benefits of running in the field. Running in the woods is a great option for people who have pain problems, during marathons on hard ground. Running on soft ground, you engage additional muscle parts - the body has to stabilize the position, which increases strength and endurance. When going for off-road running, buy shoes that can be used for mixed ground, or special trail shoes that better stabilize the ankle.

Mountain biking

Instead of sweating out hectoliters of sweat in a stuffy gym, it is much better to go off-road with your bike. When driving off-road, we have to contend with the difference in elevation, make difficult turns, and struggle with soft ground. It's much more challenging (both for your legs and your mind) than riding a stationary bike. Cycling also strengthens the skeletal muscles around the knees and joints. With this, you can perform squats more easily.

Traveling with a backpack

If you are not a fan of running, you can go into the wilderness with a backpack and have an unforgettable adventure. Traveling with a backpack is a big caloric expense, especially when you have to go uphill. There are plenty of wild places in Poland worth exploring with a backpacker. If you don't have a lot of time to travel, for example, you can go on a sightseeing tour of the part of the city that you usually pass only while driving.

Mountain climbing

Climbing requires great fitness, maintaining proper body weight and good technique. With these sacrifices, you can influence the strengthening of the whole body. Climbing strengthens your grip, arm and leg reach, and improves your balance. With it you strengthen the whole body.

By exercising outdoors, you engage new muscle groups, oxygenate your body and take your body's performance to levels you never dreamed of before.
