The PAO ARS-1201a training target is perfect for training in stand-up combat sports (Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, etc.) in order to train combinations consisting of boxing and kicking techniques.
The shields are comfortable and light, which allows the trainer to quickly change their position when performing punch combinations. Durable cowhide leather from which the dial is made ensures durability and resistance to tearing and abrasion.

Durable material and excellent shock absorption
The presented PAO dial is made of the highest quality natural leather. The buffalo leather used in the production of the shield is characterized by very high durability and resistance to damage.
The shield is filled with reclaimed material , which has very good shock absorption and a much longer service life than traditional foams.
Thanks to the filling used, the shield is light and at the same time very durable and resistant to damage.
Durable workmanship
All dial seams have been additionally reinforced to ensure tear resistance .
The handles are additionally reinforced with steel rivets, ensuring resistance to detachment .
Three handles ensure a stable attachment of the shield to the hand, providing a firm grip and preventing the shield from slipping during strong impacts.
