The subject of the offer is a training vest equipped with 6 empty weighted covers that you can fill with any weight. You can use sand, gravel or any other loose fill as a load.
The weight of a single weight will depend on the filler used.
If sand is used, the weight of a single insert after filling will be approximately 1.2 kg, which will give the total weight of the vest to approximately 8 kg (the sum of the weight of the inserts and the vest).
To increase the weight of the vest, you can also use steel weights , which are included in our offer.
A single insert holds approximately 3 kg of steel load. So, depending on your needs, you can use cast steel alone or mix it with another filler, e.g. sand.

In order to ensure even greater durability and comfort during exercise, the following changes have been introduced in the new version of the vest 2.0:
✔️ a 2x larger, thus more durable and more comfortable Velcro fastening buckle was used (from the size of 4.5x2.5cm to 9x6cm)
✔️ the width of the Velcro fastening straps was increased by 65% , improving their durability and vest stabilization (from 3 cm to 5 cm)
✔️ increased by approximately 15% of the material's weight, making it even more resistant to tears and abrasion.

The new vest model is covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty!

Using the vest in MMA training
Application
The weight vest can be used both by professional athletes of various sports disciplines and during recreational training. Its function is to additionally load the muscles during physical activity, which significantly accelerates the training effects. Weighted vests are recommended for, among others, training:

Our weighted vest has a set of straps with Velcro, so you can freely adjust its size and body fit. This solution ensures high training comfort and stability of the vest even during complex exercises.
Adjusting the length of the vest allows you to adjust it to the height of the trainee, ensuring high training comfort
Very strong material
From October 2020, we use a new, even stronger model of Cordura material in all DBX Bushido vests. This material is extremely durable and resistant to damage. It is used to make, among others: clothes for motorcyclists, mountaineering backpacks and even bulletproof vests.
The inside of the vest is trimmed with soft foam and a pleasant to the touch, thermo-permeable material, thanks to which the vest does not cause abrasions to the body during training.
Free weight adjustment
The vest has as many as 6 inserts , so you can freely adjust its weight. All inserts are fastened with a zipper and secured with strong Velcro, so they do not move or fall out of the vest during exercise.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions.
The covers are closed with a zipper, so they are tight, but in the case of small fillers, we strongly recommend that you first pour them into plastic bags and then put them into the covers. This will ensure 100% tightness. Foil bags are included in the set, after filling them, they should be sealed.
