✅ The best way to fill the training mannequin is with fabric scraps (e.g. cut up clothes). You can also get fabric offcuts free of charge in most tailoring shops. ✅ Alternatively, you can use sawdust to fill it (check if it contains any sharp pieces of wood).
You can also use a mixture of all of the above fillers. Note: If sand is used, its share in the filling should not exceed 20%.

The mannequin was designed in cooperation with leading wrestling and MMA players in order to develop a structure that ensures the possibility of conducting comprehensive wrestling and MMA training.
✅ The design of this mannequin has been adapted to training:
- Throws
- Seats
- Chokes
- Ground strikes
- Standing strikes (in the case of a suspended manikin)

✅ Self-fill
The training mannequin from this offer is a self-filling mannequin. We recommend using fabric/fabric scraps as a filler. This type of filling will allow you to gain a weight of approximately 30 kg, thanks to which training with a mannequin will, to some extent, reflect training with a partner.

✅ Optimal sizes
The presented mannequin is standardly 166 cm high. This is the optimal size for training adults and advanced people.
If necessary, you can load the mannequin yourself using the zipped closure.
The zipper has been carefully secured to protect it and ensure the comfort of the trainee while exercising.
✅ Refined design
The design of the mannequin has been designed to reproduce the human figure as accurately as possible, making training on the mannequin very realistic.
The cervical part has been designed in such a way as to enable training in techniques such as guillotine, anaconda or triangular choke.
✅ Durable workmanship
The mannequin was made of layered plavil. It is a very durable material resistant to damage and tearing. This material is used, among other things, to produce punching bags.
All seams were made with thick core threads, protecting the mannequin against tears.
✅ Training safety
The mannequin does not have any sharp edges or steel elements that could pose a threat during training. The zippers are additionally secured with a thick layer of leather covered with durable Velcro. This solution ensures full security and protects the locks against damage.
