The DBX CHAMPION mouthguard is made of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) material , characterized by excellent plasticity and shock absorption.
Thanks to its properties, TPE material has become one of the best quality materials used in the production of dental mouthpieces and tooth protectors. The tests show that the TPE material provides approximately 30% higher impact force absorption than traditional mouthguards made of EVA material.

The DBX Champion mouthguard is designed with 2 layers of TPE material of different hardness.
✅ The inner layer provides very high flexibility when forming the mouthguard, ensuring easy and precise adjustment to the shape of the teeth
✅ the outer, harder form of the protector ensures stability and additional protection of the teeth against damage.
An additional reinforced compression zone is responsible for better cushioning of uppercuts, in which the lower jaw hits the upper jaw strongly. Such cushioning not only reduces the risk of tooth damage but also weakens the shock, reducing the risk of knockout.
