The DBX-Vest-6 weighted training vest is equipped with 6 inserts that you can fill with any filler, adjusting its weight to your training needs. Each insert is equipped with a double closing system to ensure tightness and durability against damage.
Vests version 3.0 are our latest model of vests that use a wide and easy-to-fasten Velcro that allows the vest to be precisely adjusted to the trainee's figure. The design of the tape, Velcro and the arrangement of the weights ensure that the vest adheres precisely to the body during complex gymnastic exercises.
The vest is equipped with additional matte gray reflective elements . These inserts are made of a special material which, during the day, looks like an ordinary material, matching the appearance of the vest, but after dark they perfectly reflect light, increasing your visibility and safety level during outdoor training.

HOW AND WHAT TO FILL THE VEST?
The structure of the vest has been designed so that it can be filled with any available filler. However, we recommend that it be a loose filler, which will ensure greater comfort during training. Advice
If necessary, you can use a mixture of different fillers to obtain the expected weight of individual inserts.

The inside of the vest is trimmed with soft foam and pleasant-to-touch material, thanks to which the vest does not cause abrasions to the body during training.
