You can also use a mixture of all of the above fillers. Note: If sand is used, its share in the filling should not exceed 20%.

Thanks to its large size and weight , the XXL boxing bulb is perfect for boxing training, especially uppercut and hook punches. Training on a pear tree can be a complement or alternative to training on traditional punching bags.
