Safety and comfort of training - Wrist Protect
The gloves feature Wrist Protect technology , which involves placing 3 stiffening inserts in the wrist and metacarpal area. The inserts are made of a special type of foam with increased density, making them completely safe for the exerciser and sparring partner.
The system is designed to stiffen the wrist and metacarpal zone, reducing the load when striking and thus reducing the risk of injury . This solution has become very popular in recent years and is used by leading manufacturers of training gloves.
Double Velcro system The use of a double Velcro system improves stiffening in the wrist area and increases the durability of Velcro. The additional internal Velcro is designed to relieve the main Velcro strap, significantly slowing down its wear and preventing it from unfastening during training.
How it's working?
Two factors influence the wear of Velcro in sleeves:
- Fastening and unfastening Velcro when putting on and racing gloves
- Forces acting on gloves during training
While we have no major influence on the first factor, we can significantly influence the second one. The use of additional internal Velcro takes up approximately 80% of the load during exercise, which will significantly reduce the load on the main Velcro.
Layered fillingThe gloves have been hand-filled with layered filling ensuring optimal hardness and resistance to damage.
Anatomical designThe gloves have been anatomically profiled to ensure proper hand positioning and clenching when striking. The profile of the glove protects both the hand and the wrist area.
The inside of the gloves is lined with additional soft foam and smooth material , making the gloves very comfortable and pleasant to use.
Safety and comfort during trainingThe issue of safety during training is a priority for us, which is why the gloves were designed and manufactured in accordance with European safety standards: PN-EN 13277-1:2002 and PN-EN 13277-7:2010
