The DBX BUSHIDO TLS-O standing bag is a very large and heavy bag that is perfect for both everyday training and training.
Due to the fact that the bag has 12 designated impact zones numbered with appropriate numbers, it is perfect for task training in which the trainer indicates the zones that the trainee hits. The bag is perfect for working on reflexes, coordination and learning punch combinations.
Even if you train alone, you can prepare a list of the best combinations and then perform them by remembering the appropriate sequence of numbers.

The TLS-O punching bag is 180 cm high and 43 cm in diameter. Such a large training area means that you can successfully perform both boxing and kickboxing techniques on the bag.

STABILITY DURING TRAINING
The bag is equipped with a weight base that can be filled with water, sand or other loose material
