The DBX BUSHIDO W150x40 punching bag is a large and heavy technical bag intended for martial arts clubs. Sizes selected for technical training and punch strength training.

The bag comes with a set of chains with a swivel. Each chain has welded links ensuring high resistance to tearing.

✅ TRIANGULAR FIXINGS AND VERY STRONG TAPES
All 4 welded chains are attached to triangular handles, providing much better weight distribution of the bag than round handles. The handles are attached to wide nylon straps with a maximum load capacity of 300 kg each.
The tapes used are so resistant to tearing that they are also used when towing cars.
✅ AROUND STRAP AND TIE CLOSURE
The carrying straps of the bag are covered with a surrounding belt to provide additional protection during impacts and to increase the training surface of the bag.

The bag's chains are equipped with an additional detachable carabiner, so you can freely adjust the length of the chain to suit low rooms.

The best way to fill a punching bag is with fabric scraps (e.g. cut up clothes). You can get fabric offcuts free of charge in most tailoring shops. Alternatively, you can use sawdust to fill it (check if it contains any sharp pieces of wood). Note: If sand is used, its share in the filling should not exceed 20%, and in the case of rubber granules, no more than 50% , because the capacity of this model is too large for this type of filling and the bag may be too heavy and too hard. The weight of the bag when filled should not exceed 60 kg.
