How to choose the right kind of workout rubbers - Power Band rubbers
Power Band exercise rubbers are rubbers made entirely of latex. They can be successfully used for general training, strengthening, as well as to support exercises on other equipment (such as pull-ups on a bar)
What to suggest when choosing training rubbers?
The most important consideration when selecting rubbers should be the resistance of the rubber. The resistance of the rubber depends mainly on its width and thickness.
The wider/thicker the rubber is, the more difficult it is to stretch it. To distinguish rubber with different resistances are made in different colors, contrary to popular opinion, however, the color has no effect on the resistance of the rubber.
A very important issue when selecting training rubbers is the quality of latex used. Only rubbers made of good quality latex without admixtures of ordinary rubber ensure durability and maintenance of proper resistance regardless of the number of training sessions. In our Bushido Power Band rubbers we have used only the highest quality latex so that when you decide to buy them you are sure to maintain the right parameters regardless of the intensity of their use. All our rubbers come with a 2-year quality guarantee.
How to choose the right training rubber resistance?
The resistance of the rubber should be adapted to the specific exercise. The greater the resistance, the more difficult it will be to stretch the rubber band and thus the more difficult it will be to perform a given exercise. The complete opposite is true when using rubbers to reduce one's weight, for example, when pulling up on a bar? In this case, the greater the resistance, the easier it will be for us to perform pull-ups.
