The purchased weight will be packed in a foil bag which should be placed in the fabric covers included with the Xbag.

The device holds a maximum of 3 inserts - in other offers you can purchase fillings for other scales.

1. I bought an XBAG and I would like to receive it filled to a weight of 40 kg, which I have to buy for the device.

Answer: Just buy 3 fillings weighing 13 kg. The total weight with the device will be 40 kg. The purchased filling will be placed in the fabric covers that are included with the device.

2. I bought an XBAG but I would like to have more than 3 inserts so that I can use more load combinations. What should I do?

Answer: You can buy an additional fabric cover available here >> . You can fill it yourself to any weight or purchase a service to fill it to a specific weight and receive an already filled insert.

3. When burying a 5 kg, 7 kg or 13 kg filling, will I receive a ready-to-use insert?

Answer: No, you will receive only the filler of a certain weight, which should be placed in one of the fabric covers. If you want to receive a filled insert, you must purchase an additional cover + filling service up to a specific weight.

4. I want to fill the covers to a different weight than those available in the offer - how to do it?

Answer: You can fill the received covers yourself to any weight depending on the filler used. You can also use steel balls that we offer for this purpose - see the offer>>
