How to fill the purchased punching bag?

The best way to fill a punching bag is with fabric scraps (e.g., cut-up clothes, fleece, felt). Fabric scraps can often be obtained for free from tailor shops. Alternatively, you can use sawdust, making sure it does not contain sharp pieces of wood.

Note: If using sand, its share in the filling should not exceed 20%, and in the case of rubber granulate - 50%. The weight of the bag after filling should not exceed 70 kg.
