The bag is made of high-quality, tear-resistant plavil, perfect for punching bags where strength is crucial. The material requires no maintenance and is resistant to varying weather conditions, including temperature changes, humidity, and sunlight, making it suitable for use in attics or basements.

Alternatively, you can use sawdust, ensuring it contains no sharp pieces of wood. Note: If using sand, ensure it constitutes no more than 20% of the filling. For rubber granules, the limit is 50% to prevent the bag from becoming too heavy and hard. The total weight of the filled bag should not exceed 70 kg. |
