The best way to fill a punching bag is with fabric scraps (e.g. cut up clothes). You can get fabric offcuts free of charge in most tailoring shops . Alternatively, you can use sawdust to fill it (check if it contains any sharp pieces of wood). Note: If sand is used, its share in the filling should not be more than 20%, and in the case of rubber granules, no more than 50% , because the capacity of this model is too large for this type of filling and the bag may be too heavy and too hard. The weight of the bag when filled should not exceed 70 kg.
