Elbow protectors are made of flexible material that ensures proper fit to the shape of the hand. The mixture of polyester and cotton ensures constant temperature of the elbow joint and additionally stabilizes its operation during training loads.
The cuffs are equipped with a thick layer of protective foam, increasing comfort and safety when striking with elbows.

How to choose the right size?
The sizes given in the table refer to the material in a resting state (without stretching).
The protectors are made of elastic material - its maximum extensibility is approximately 70%, so the size tolerance is very wide. The smaller the size you choose, the more pressure the chaser will have on the elbow area.
Practical example:
What size should a person choose whose arm circumference above the elbow (B) is 36 cm and below the elbow (B) is 31 cm?
Answer:
Both sizes S and M fit well, in the case of size L the protector also fits, but it does not press well enough on the elbow area, which may result in it moving during training.
