Training hooks for lifting weights
Training hooks are designed to support the hands and forearms when lifting weights and to prevent the weight from slipping out of the hand while lifting it. Hooks can be used both during "deadlift" and during other exercises requiring support for grip strength and forearm muscles, e.g. pull-ups or overhead cable exercises.
Training hooks are designed to relieve the hand when lifting a barbell, e.g. during a deadlift. The use of hooks increases the safety of training, preventing the trainee from lowering the barbell.
Hooks allow for more effective training of large muscle groups (e.g. back and back muscles) by using greater loads and more repetitions. Hooks help you perform additional sets of exercises when your grip no longer bears the load and slips out of your hand.
The hooks are made of strong, hardened steel, so they can withstand even very heavy loads. Additionally, they are covered with pleasant-to-touch anti-slip rubber, so the weight does not slip.
Fully adjustable Velcro fasteners allow for a comfortable fit to the wrists, and the lining sewn inside the straps prevents chafing and ensures comfort during training, even with heavy weights.
