How to train on a punching bag. Basic exercises and training principles.

Remember to warm up!
Regardless of whether you already have experience in combat sports or are training completely amateur you should remember that training on a bag requires a good warm-up of muscles and joints. Not warming up properly before training can lead to painful injuries and that's probably not your goal.
One form of warm-up can be hitting the bag - but remember not to hit too hard until all the muscles are properly warmed up.
Protect your hands!

Examples of exercises on punching bags
In the videos below you can see examples of exercises using boxing bags i MMA bags. You don't have to copy them but it's good to be inspired by them and to remember how to avoid common mistakes during training.
