Popular crossfit training FBW, or Full Body Workout, is a full-body workout during one training unit. Split involves distributing training to each muscle part, which is more conducive to sculpting your physique and building muscle mass.
FBW Training for beginners should take place up to 3 times a week, in a series of up to 8 exercises and perform them for 30 seconds each. After completing the entire series, there is a break to calm the body down. The series is repeated 3 times, fully engaged in the exercise.
Split Training involves spreading out the exercises for each muscle part once a week: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abdominals, legs. This allows stimulation of individual muscles and rapid muscle mass gain. However, it is a training method designed for those experienced with strength training.
Advantages of FBW:
- Training aimed at fat reduction;
- Harmonious and even development of the entire body;
-Frequent repetition of a given exercise contributes to improved strength and exercise technique;
- in case we miss one workout, it does not spoil our weekly exercise schedule,
SPLIT Advantages:
- strong muscle stimulation
- The possibility of using isolation exercises to help gain muscle shape,
- training is focused on selected muscle parts.
FBW, or Split? What to choose?
