The process of filling the bag involves pouring the granules into the training bag, which, thanks to its loose structure, is a very easy process and does not require any tools. The entire filling process takes approximately 15 minutes.

You can fill the bag to a weight that suits your needs, even if you do not want to fill it to the maximum weight, thanks to the ring on the chains the bag will have the right structure.
