How to Choose the Right Size?
The sizes in the table refer to the material in its resting state (without stretching).
Made from elastic material, these protectors can stretch up to approximately 70%, offering a wide size tolerance. Choosing a smaller size will increase the pressure on the knee area.
Practical Example:
What size should you choose if your leg circumference above the knee is 42 cm and below the knee is 32 cm?
Answer: Both sizes S and M will fit well. Size L will also fit but may not provide sufficient pressure on the knee area, potentially causing it to move during training.
