Withdrawal from the Contract

Information on the Right of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. In accordance with our store's policy, the deadline has been extended up to 30 days.

The right of withdrawal may apply to the entire order or to selected products from the order.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can send the statement, for example:

A sample withdrawal form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally included as an appendix to the regulations of the online store.

After submitting your request via the electronic form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the e-mail address provided.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the items (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you have received the purchased item, please send it back or give it to us at the address:  DBX BUSHIDO, ul. Dworcowa 24c, 47-120 Żędowice, Poland  , immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiration of the 14-day period.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

You are liable only for the diminution in value of the thing resulting from using it in a manner other than that which was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

The consumer protection provisions contained herein shall apply from 1 January 2021 and shall also apply to a buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, provided that the contract does not have a professional nature for that person, as determined in particular by the scope of their business activity disclosed in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
