Returns and Exchanges – Step by Step
You may return the entire order or selected products from your order.
1. Pack the Product
The product should be properly secured for transport. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
2. Return Form
You may include a return or exchange form return or exchange form (printed or handwritten). Attaching the form is not required, however, it may help speed up the identification of your parcel and the processing of your request. The form may be included in the package or sent electronically to: biuro@bushido-sport.pl.
- You may also submit a return for the entire order or selected products fully online using the form available under the link "Withdraw from the contract / Submit an electronic return". To submit a return, you only need your order number and the e-mail address used when placing the order.
3. Send the Package to:

ℹ️ We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments. Returns should be sent to the designated warehouse address.
4. Wait for Processing
Refund of payment – The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Exchange – after receiving the goods, we will contact you about re-shipping and payment method (bank transfer or COD).
Warranty Claims
1. Submit a Complaint:
via the customer panel (Your Account > Complaints > Add Complaint)
or by e-mail: reklamacje@bushido-sport.pl
2. Attach:
a short description of the problem
Warranty Claim Form (scan/photo/PDF)
If possible, we kindly ask you to attach photos showing the issue.
3. Complaint Decision – you will receive it within max. 14 days (usually faster).
Return Policy Notes
- In accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, products whose return and resale could pose a health or hygiene risk to other customers are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, products that have been unsealed after delivery, such as mouthguards, groin protectors, underwear, etc., cannot be returned.
- In accordance with Article 34(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling or using them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If such a reduction in value is identified, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
